Dear Prof. Barnett Rubin, we Catalans are the 13th blogger community in the world with only 4 millions native speakers… I am sure that this one is though unique in Catalan and on Afghanistan.
It is the first time you see a blog in Catalan, in the other hand, I have read some of your books and papers!
